Computer-Aided Manufacturing Measurement refers to the process of inspecting parts and referring the inspection data back to the computer-aided design (CAD). FARO provided portable 3D measurement systems like 3D Arms and Laser Trackers.

- Country  Manager

I was in charge of the French subsidiary and involved in corporate contracts negociation. I developed the sales and marketing strategies and implemented actions plans. In FY 2004, sales results increased by 45% despite the modest market trend, thanks to key accounts development. I personally closed a deal of  EUR 1.5 millions with EADS (Airbus A380 project) in 2004.

Panasonic Document Systems offered a complete solution to manage document workflow from input to output (convert paper documents to PC data by scanning them on high speed scanners).

Member of the management commitee, I reported to the Chairman and managed the "Mobile PC" and "Document Systems" departments : total sales of 32 millions €, in the 2002 fiscal year. Restructuration of sales departments - Implemented new sales conditions including sales target for the dealers network - Developped new range of products with japanese factories (Merchandising) in order to meet the market demands. Built new sales team to establish direct contact with corporate accounts.

MCB Industrie provided electromechanical components and supports high-demanding applications, from product definition to customized solutions.

I was responsible for the marketing of the four divisions' products , in the automotive, telecommunication and aeronautics industry sectors (total sales of EUR 17 millions in 1999). I negociated contracts  with Dassault (3 Millions €) and Delphi (2 Millions €).

Roneo offered a variety of utilities management services : integrate interior architecture, furniture and technology to create high performance work environments, thanks to a new Roneo office concept of  “bureau sans papier”.

I recruited 7 salesmen, organized sales structure and applied a selling activity control system (revenue of 2.7 millions € in 1993). We negociated national and international sales agreements with large accounts (Bank, Insurance). The sales team had the best sales results for the 1996 fiscal year with a total sales of 6.8 millions € (128 % of quota). Since 1997 (total sales of 8.4 millions €) I have managed a team of 16 people including salesmen and interior designers. I personally negociated new contracts with large administrations such as ANPE (10 Millions € - 3 years), URSSAF (2 Millions € - 2 years), CPAM (Medical Service), banks such as BNP, Paribas, insurances such as AGF and Generali, and others industries : EDF, France Telecom.

Electronic Printing Systems (EPS) was a part of the GIS Division of  KODAK. In France, the division proposed a complete pre-press solution (Prophecy) and Imaging services.

I was responsible for the creation of the new Electronic Systems Division in France including : the hiring of sales engineers, the launching of the new electronic products ( imaging, prepress and electronic document management systems), the definition of budgets and sales strategy. I assured the coordination of marketing and sales actions plans with the others divisions. I reported to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for KODAK EPS (in Boston).

Genigraphics Corporation was an internalational presentation graphics company  with two  divisions : Network Services Divion and Systems Sales Division. Genigraphics had 23 production facilities staffed with artists who created high-impact visuals. The services centers designed and provided 3D video animations, high quality visuals, signage, commercial prints and brochures. In France, the subsidiary provided services (Digital Printing, Imaging Services and Graphic Design) and computer graphic workstations (Prepress/3D video software) to a wide range of customers like Air France, Arthur Andersen, IBM, Aerospatiale, Michelin, Sogitec...

- Account Manager (1985)

Participating in the creation of the French subsidiary, I was in charge of all the sales activities. In 1987, I had the best results worldwide with a revenue of 2.5 millions € (Salesman of the Year Award). In 1988, Genigraphics France was leader in its market (revenue of EUR 3.7 millions).

- Country Manager (1988)

I was in charge of the whole company in France : budget preparation, organization's objectives, marketing plan, motivation of the sales force, recruitment and management of personnel  (sales engineers, technical engineers and graphic designers).

- District Sales Manager - South of Europe (1989)

I developed a dealers network in South of Europe in order to market the PC based computer graphic workstations : total sales of 14 millions in 1990. I also managed the french subsidiary.
